1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Baggage: The flight ticket includes a carry-on bag of 8 kg‚ which can be taken on board. In addition‚ one piece of baggage weighing 13 kg or one piece of baggage weighing 23 kg can be checked in on the flight for a separate baggage fee.

Catering: We serve mineral water‚ soft drinks‚ coffee‚ tea and snacks on board.

Check-in: Passenger check-in starts 1‚5-hour prior departure.

Travel documents: Please note that the passenger is responsible for the validity of passport and other travel documents (ID‚ Visa‚ etc.) for the complete journey.

Seating: Seats must be selected when you check in for your flight.

In case of any irregularity Aeroexpress Regional’s obligations are governed by the Regulation 261/2004 of the European Parliament.

 

2. COVID-19 INFORMATION

The exceptional circumstances require action in face of coronavirus crisis. The following measures have already been taken by Aeroexpress Regional:

Following the single internal provisions our personnel perform the required sanitizing procedures at the station after each transport. All passengers and crew members are advised to use sanitizing gel prior to boarding the aircraft and to wear personal protecting mask and gloves during the entire flight. All this equipment is available on board on all our flights. We inform our passengers that Aeroexpress Regional ensures safety of all passengers as our service is provided for travelers who are ready to cooperate with our crew members and to follow safety regulations.

Aeroexpress Regional is committed to continue to provide reliable service in order to protect health of clients and partners.

 

3. ADVICE TO PASSANGERS USING EU AIRPORTS

We would like to ask you to keep your hand baggage to an absolute minimum and to include only essential items. Tickets‚ passports‚ medication‚ the usual small electronic items are recommended for hand luggage. All other items should go into suitcases (checked baggage). We would also remind you to keep all baggage locked when travelling and do not leave baggage or parcels unattended at the airport.

Following items are not allowed to carry on board the aircraft:

  • Toy guns or replica weapons
  • Knives – including penknives and household knives
  • Household cutlery
  • Razor blades
  • Tools
  • Darts
  • Scissors and tweezers
  • Knitting needles
  • Sporting rackets
  • Billiard‚ snooker or pool cues
  • Hypodermic needles (unless required for medical reasons)

Approved cabin baggage size is 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Size includes wheels‚ handles and outside pockets as well. It is allowed to take only one cabin baggage for one person.

No liquids‚ cosmetics‚ aerosols are allowed on board unless in a container that holds 100 ml or less.

 

4. SECURITY NOTICE

Travelling with liquids

We advise you to pack liquids that you don’t need whilst onboard the aircraft in your checked baggage. However‚ if you do need to travel with liquids‚ please be aware of the following restrictions which apply to all liquids you wish to carry through an airport security checkpoint:

  • All liquids must be in individual containers not greater than 100 ml capacity. They must be placed in one re-sealable transparent plastic bag‚ not larger than 20 x 20 cm (8" x 8") size and fit comfortably inside the bag so it can be fastened and closed
  • Only one bag per passenger is allowed. The bag must be clear and re-sealable‚ such as ‘zip lock’ bags or bags with pressable seals. Larger bags or bags that are sealable‚ such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed
  • Each passenger must remove his plastic bag from their hand baggage and place it in on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening
  • Liquids in containers of more than 100 ml should be packed in your checked baggage. Exemptions to the liquids rule applies for liquid medicine or baby milk/food

Liquids include:

  • all drinks‚ including water‚ soup and syrups
  • cosmetics and toiletries‚ including creams‚ lotions‚ oils‚ perfumes‚ mascara and lipsticks
  • sprays‚ including shaving foam‚ hairspray and spray deodorants
  • pastes‚ including toothpaste
  • gels‚ including hair and shower gel
  • contact lens solution
  • any other solutions and items of similar consistency

Essential medicines‚ including inhalers and liquid dietary foodstuffs

You are allowed to carry essential medicines of more than 100 ml in your hand baggage‚ but you will need:

  • prior approval from the airline and departure airport
  • supporting documentation from a relevant qualified medical professional (e.g. a letter from your doctor or prescription)

Remember to take only what you need for your journey. Extra supplies and larger containers of medicine should go into your checked baggage.

Baby Food and Baby Milk

You are allowed to take baby food‚ baby milk and sterilized water in your hand baggage. This includes:

  • soya milk for babies
  • sterilized water for the baby (must be in a baby bottle)
  • formula‚ breast milk or cow milk specifically for babies
  • baby food of various consistencies

You are allowed to take enough for the journey. In some cases‚ this may be over 100 ml. The adult carrying the baby food or milk may be asked to verify it by tasting.

Are your batteries safe to carry?

The abundant stored energy makes lithium batteries practical and dangerous when not carried properly. There are limits to carry on board.

Lithium batteries have two general parts:

  • Lithium-ion (rechargeable)
  • Lithium-metal (non-rechargeable)

The terminals on spare must be protected to prevent short circuiting.

  • Use original battery packaging‚ or
  • Put batteries individually into plastic bags

Please‚ switch off your device before flight departure and switch it on only after the flight is completed.

5. FURTHER PASSENGER INFORMATION

Lighters

One lighter per person may be carried on a flight. Lighters are considered to be liquids and should be put inside the plastic bag or screened separately. You must keep the lighter on your person throughout the flight.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT:

  • place it in your checked baggage
  • return it to your hand baggage after screening

Laptops and Electronic Devices

You're allowed to take electronic items (like mobile phones‚ laptops‚ tablets‚ etc.) in your hand baggage‚ but they have to be removed and screened separately.

For safety reasons it is not allowed to charge these devices on board.

Please note that ground handling team or flight attendant can consider that your carry-on baggage (due to the size‚ weight or lack of space) is required to be placed in the cargo compartment. In this case please remove all electronic devices (laptop‚ mobile phone‚ etc.) from the baggage and keep them with you during the flight.

If this is not possible‚ please make sure that your electronic device placed in the cargo compartment is in a completely switched off position and will not turn on automatically. That is why all the applications‚ pre- installed alarm or configuration should be switched off. All the devices placed in the cargo compartment should be wrapped‚ insulated‚ in order to avoid its damage during the flight.

Essential Medical Equipment

You are allowed to bring medical equipment if it is essential for your journey. The equipment will be screened separately and must be accompanied by supporting documentation from a qualified medical professional‚ such as a letter from your doctor.

Other Items

Pushchairs‚ walking aids and wheelchairs can be taken to the cabin door. They will be placed into the cargo hold but they have to be screened first by the security control.

Musical Instruments

If you plan to travel with a large musical instrument‚ please contact us before booking. You may need to make special arrangements‚ like buying an extra seat. Any musical instrument you bring with you has to be screened separately.

Airport Shopping

All shops and catering outlets are open to all passengers before and after security control. However‚ the restrictions on liquids still apply for items purchased before security check. After the security check‚ you can take all items purchased in the departure lounge onboard the aircraft.
